I have recently bought one plus Nord 2 mobile phone and everyday I'm facing a repeating issue on playing video on any apps even in gallery.

I have contacted the one plus helpdesk twice and they suggested to reset and the settings and factory reset of mobile which was also not helping.

I would need a fix for this software error or a replacement to this failure device

    We purchased one plus tv through amazon in february 2022, it display is not working from the mid of feb 2022, screen have full of lines, no picture coming. Immediately we call amazon and informed them, they told they will raise complaint with one plus and we will be getting call for that . After a couple of days, we call amazon again and they were asking me to call one plus and they were telling that they are not responsible for that.

    nxt day we call one plus team, they were telling taht they will be replacing the panel but not TV and they are telling that its been 30 days so there is no replacement. we have logged compalint with amazon within 20 days of purchase and one plus team are not considering that date. they were telling continously that there is no replacement and even they cant escalate the issue nor tranfer the call to higher management.

    They sent technician to home and he also suggested us to take new tv or ask for refund. same has been informed but of no use.

    Within a month it is damaged then how can we trust that it will come for long duration, we trust the brand and brought it. But after purchase no one is giving correct reply.

    We want refund the money or replace the TV with new one. We spend 26K for this and this not a small amount for us.

      Hello,
      I am just fed up with Oneplus customer care. They are not at all helping me out. I am facing issues with my OnePlus buds pro for almost a month now. I sent it for a repair twice and they send it back saying that the issue is fixed but it isn't. The charging case of One plus buds pro is continuously making beep sounds after the firmware update. I mentioned them regarding the same. I have sent emails including the attachment as part of a proof. But the never replied to me. I am just waiting for their email.
      When I talk to their customer service they all keep on saying nthe same thing that I have stopped believing them. Now when I get frustrated and angry on them they put me on the hold while asking permission from me and after a while disconnect the call. Then I have to call them again and and start over. I am now tired and I think that I wasted ₹10000 for a useless & defective product & nobody from Oneplus seems to help me. If you cannot help me here please atleast give me the information so that I can complain about OnePlus.

        I was getting problem that I am not able to get Audio from left side of my earphone, and I sent my earphone to service through OnePlus care, they returned my earphone saying that it has physical damage since it is not,
        When earphone returned now I am not able to get audio from both side, when asked abot it to servise Center they said go to another service center,
        And contacted through email, whatsup i am not getting any solution.
        I hope u understood my problem
        And having trust on one plus I hope u will resolve my problem

          I had bought bluetooth earphones from amazon for one plus then after a few months there were some problems in it, then I sent it to their service center for repair, then when I got it replaced then the box of the product I didn't have the device inside, So I contacted their customer service many times but no resolution came from their side and no refund this thing is going to be 7 months but my problem is not solved by this company till now.

                I have purchased RCB plan for extended warranty after confirmation by OnePlus support team but later they confirmed you are not eligible for extended warranty as your device is in not applicable for this. So I have asked for refund to their support team through chat where they have provided resolution that they are going to refund in 5-7 working days. But now they are saying that as per their policy the refund is impossible which is not at all fare. This will definitely ruin the reputation of OnePlus and even lose customers faith and good will also get impacted.

                  I had placed an order for screen protection cover on 01/02/22 but have not received any confirmation yet
                  Money has already been deducted and I have been calling your customer services for the same from the past a month now. Reference ID[protected], case already escalated on priority now multiple times. No conclusive responses.
                  It's extremely humiliating and inconvenient.

                    I bought Oneplus 9R on October it's been only 6 months and my cell phone has caused alot of trouble. It broke down twice and caused a lot of trouble to me. I am doctor by profession and my all the valuable data is constraint to my phone itself. In its absentia i had to face a lot of trouble and the loss is irreparable.
                    I humbly request you to replace my cell phone and revert asap .

                      It's 25 days today. And no call from your AUTHORISED service centre. I feel like you have cheated us. Firstly mobile got damaged within 15 days of purchase as it fell from bed while charging. What kind of quality it is? You should have repaired it without any charge.
                      Now you are charging us Rs 8500/- and not able to repair mobile in 25 days also.

                      Thanks for such disaster service. Atleast return back my mobile or refund my whole amount.

Service center people tells its a problem of mother board which will cost 42k. really they are using marketing strategy to get business. & only customer service person will talk to us. really heart breaking.

                          My Back Glass Broke their is no damage to the device and it never fall it is broken and when I go to the service Center of Noida in Garden Galleria said your body is bend their is no bend and said if We broke the screen on apply you have to pay for it as we are not responsible as one plus is a big company and I have paid for the phone when why this type of issue is coming please help we Oneplus India or Provide me a New one also on Twitter I will provide the video

                            I Tejashwini from Gulbarga Karnataka have purchased OnePlus y series 40 inch tv from poorvika Pvt limited Gulbarga. The show room people came to install the tv .when tv was installed there have been lines on the tv panel . There was a problem in the software of the tv. We purchased tv on 31 January 2022, To process the complaint to replacement of the Tv they dragged till 11 th February 2022 . And today being 25 th February 2022 . There is no improvement in my case. The customer support people only lie saying your case is escalated . Your case is at high concern and I have tagged your email and your case will be solved at the earliest . But bloody no body either the store where I brought the tv nor the OnePlus customer support nobody is able to tell me where is the tv and when it is going to reach me .My registered mobile number [protected] .My email id [protected]@gmail.com

                              Phone had hanging issue from the buying date.
                              I visited the service center they told me not to update the phone. my question is that why I will not update it. I[censored]pdate had come then phone should respond properly after that update.

                              If your phone had issue even if from beginning then why will I accept repair everytime. I want a replacement . Every tym I visited there they do software update and then again same problem started after some time.

                                    I purchased this a while ago but this oneplus airpodes are worst they dont even work properly i purchased it for 5000 but it was totally waste as it doesnt work properly sound quality is very low and still no service and also no customer care address your problem . boat is must a better company as music products and they are worst my 5000 waste will not be purchasing anything from oneplus
