I had purchased a brand new one plus phone on 26th sept 2021. I was facing frequent problems of the phone getting hanged and then it automatically restarted. I ignored it as I am busy in my daily work routine but now for the last few days it's camera stopped working. I visited the authorised service centre and they updated the software of the phone but it was of no use. The problem persisted as it was. I am really shocked and harrassed by one plus. OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 15, 2021 Updated by Johnz80 I had posted my complaint on 27 Oct, 2021. After that I gave my phone at the authorised service centre of One Plus and they returned it back to me next day after formatting the software, due to which I lost my data. But anyhow the camera was working now, but 2 days back again the same problem occurred and the camera is not working again. I am really fed up of this phone and most of all the after sale service of the company Jan 30, 2022 Updated by Johnz80 I just don't understand that what ### phones this one plus manufactures.. again the same problem has started today.. bloddy camera is not working. Last time when I posted my complaint on 15th Nov, 2021, the OnePlus service centre technician told me that now he has changed the ### motherboard of my phone and now the problem is resolved forever but what the hell man...now again I am facing the same problem just after two months. It's my request to all o[censored] guys that please, never ever go for this company's phones
