On September 21 I was facing some issues with connecting my earphones to my mobile so to check whether the issue was with my earphone or mobile I tried to connect it with my laptop, but it still didn't work, so I registered the replacement or repair, the next day the earphones were collected from my house and were transported to the Chandigarh service center and from that day I have contacted the customer care number multiple times but have gotten the same response of waiting a few days as if I already haven't waited enough for a product I paid for and the product that is in warranty. I didn't expected this type of third class service from a brand like OnePlus, but I was wrong. I would also like anyone in my country to have a pleasant after sales experience to stay a few miles away from OnePlus. As regarding the complaint, if I don't get my product replaced or a refund from your pathetic brand, I would very willingly lodge a complaint against you in the consumer court.
