    I bought the OnePlus Nord 2 in August. The next month I got an update and it started having problems. Camera clarity changed, it looks like a poor camera & the phone is hang. I gone to the service center and they update the phone again.
    Then the next problem started. It is that battery drained issue. Battery charge decreased In the night time around 20% and also the hanging issue continued.

    Again I visit service center. They will said that the phone will keep & cross check the phone. In 2 months 4 times I go to the service center.

      On 30 October we buy a LED TV from Croma store in chembur and deliveryboy delivered our order on 31 Oct. Today is 03 November installation didn't happened. ###, It's a poor service. I didn't expect from you.

        OnePlus TV Y Series 80cm (32")

        Received a damaged panel product on 20th Oct, after informing BlueDart, I have informed oneplus on the same date via chat & email. after taking daily follow-ups from chat support, getting the same replies each time that their team is working. after passing 14days they don't have any updates what's their team is doing. Today my first EMI has been deducted but neither i have the proper product nor oneplus team is helping. am i suppose to pay emi for a defective product? is it justified? why i am suppose to pay for a damaged product? oneplus chat service is continuously making false promise since 20th Oct. Till now they don't have any progress report from their relevant team. They are harassing me since it delivered. Kindly help. Getting frustrated for their such worst service.
        I have paid the first EMI today for such a damaged product.

                It's been 18 days now. I have requested for a replacement for my TV because it was diffective . No technician has been assigned till now. No technician has called me or visited my place till now. Please look into the matter

                      I had sent my oneplus Earphone for repair on 27th September and today is 31st October but I haven't received my product yet.The product was in warranty.The costumer care services is also not giving any update regarding this.

                        I am a customer of OnePlus.. But this time must say OnePlus is not helping with there customer service.

                        I want to inform you that, I purchased Wireless Bullet Z (Bass edition) on 2nd October in which mic is not properly working properly, then after discussed with OnePlus care team they suggested me to send device to OnePlus service center,

                        I requested for pickup on 13th oct, Blue dart executive come and picked up my device and sent it to your banglore Pickup Drop location.. device reached that place on 16th October.

                        Initially I am not getting any updates regarding my audio device..
                        Then I find on OnePlus care app that my product service request cancel.. till then I am not find any status on the app.. My request is also not showing on app..

                        Hope you understand help me out.. I am never expected OnePlus service like this.. from 22 days I am not getting any positive response from OnePlus team..

                              I purchased one pluse buds pro on 8th of Oct 2021 and I recieved that product on 11th of Oct but some charging issue in buds pro so send back to one pluse services center but yet not replaced my product product recived on service center on 14th Oct 2021 and services center rise request for replace product but yet not received product alredy 15 days gone I send this product I call to customer care they said it required more 5-6 days and also said me products out of stock, one plus is big company so 10 days product out of stock it is not true ans something get wrong . service center have some issue and they not give proper response .hope you will rise this issue and make my product as soon as possible also I had left knee surgery so I am not able to move and go the service center so please try to help ...my refrence id as follow -MUTKYKTNQMXC

                                Under warranty my bullet earphone malfunctioned as oneplus does not have service center near my home I requested for pickup and drop service offered by oneplus... They promised excluding courier travelling time they will fix or replace the product within 1 day... But they didn't do it as per promise, so I contacted many times but service center never received any calls, so tried in tollfree number and contacted national consumer forum, after that they sent an email and called on my phone and said product is not repairable and we will send a new and sealed replacement.. After some days I have received the package but its not sealed and not a brand new packet as promised.. Even it doesn't have any brand wrap or packet or seal... Basically oneplus sent me a refurbished old product as a replacement not a new one as per policy and promise... So i am contacting them repeatedly they also accepted that and always taking times to give me a proper solution.. For oneplus incomitency I have to buy new product and have to burn money due to oneplus bad service.. Now they are not replying.. Its more than a month now... I am feeling like harrashed they should give me a proper solution.. They should send me sealed and new replacement also I would expect the cost I burned because of them... Till now no communication after taking 7 days to solve my issues... I am planning to approach local Consumer court to get settlement... Very bad service from onepls... Don't go for their product if you don't have a service center near you...

                                  I have purchased mobile phone 9R one plus from authorized dealer of One Plus situated at CG road, Ahmedabad on[protected]. The phone is not working properly. Many a times, call gets disconnected when someone tries to contact me. Missed call is also not disclosed. I contacted service center, however, did not get any response.

                                    Upon getting up in the morning, my one plus showed 1% battery. I immediately moved to charge it. It got off. Upon putting charging cable, charging plug sign with mobile charging input sign was shown (doesn’t show usually). I waited. After around 15 minutes, normal charging sign was there. However, I let the phone to be on charging for some time. Upon switching the phone on, something in Chinese language (not comprehensible) was there on screen for 4-5 minutes. Then, it started with basic information like setting up WiFi. It all happened at a time when I was in a hurry and rushed to attend my duty.
                                    When phone started after going through all steps of setting up (at a time when attending duty and making important calls was the top priority), I found all my apps and phone data was lost. Basic essential information like contact number of my driver, attendant etc. were all lost. It has caused undue harassment to me.
