OnePlus India — One plus nord back cover broken

I recently (02 weeks before) bought a one plus nord and out of nowhere its back is now broken and when I googled I saw that so many people are facing similar issues with their OP7, 7t and now nord, Initially I didn't think that I should be the one to pay for since it broke with no fault of my own, maybe because of some fault in manufacturing but since i checked online and the cost was less then 3000 INR so instead of going through the hassle I just gave the phone for repair after checking with customer care that I'll be charged only ~3000 after that today I got to know that my front screen is also somehow broken apparently which was fine when i submitted the phone for repairing, for that i will have to pay the 11, 000 INR fee for something which was not my fault.
