Subject- Instant discount of 3000/-, Fraud on official Website of Oneplus india, net banking payment through ICICI Credit card
Date of Incident first on 22nd September 2020 and again on 7th october 2020.

Hi, This is Asher pranay, an existing customer of Oneplus. I'm very sad and disheartened to see such a huge company not addressing my complaint regarding the discount of 3000/- on purchasing Oneplus 8 pro. The first purchase i made on 22nd of September 2020 and i had the same issue of instant discount and One Plus executives asked me to reject the product at the delivery and i did the same and when i made the purchase second time I had the same problem, This time while holding my purchase on the official website i parallely called One plus executive again and this time he said me 24 hrs after the delivery the discount will be issued, and that didn't happen so this time the product was delivered on 9th of october 2020 and today it is 26 october 2020, between these 17 days i was asked to wait, wait, and wait again today again they asked me to wait, I have waited Enough to get this addressed, now this is a high time for me to complain. Every time I call them they are asking me to wait and no solution is provided on this.
Desirable resolution- Refund of 3000/- as promised on official website

I ordered onplus 8t on 15 oct it is now 26 oct its been more then 10 days you can’t deliver my product and give me details i contact your customer care daily but they do nothing. Why you take orders you can’t deliver. If you can’t deliver my product please return my money. My money is stuck i want my money back

      1. The dimensions are not suitable for long wearing - they are hurting in the ear after 10-15 mins o[censored]sage.2. they keep falling as well on laughing or on minor shake of head.
      I am not satisfied with the product design and would like to return the same immediately.

        I hav brought nord 8 on wednesday.i hav Heard very positive views about one plus.so I decided to brought one' of them instead of iphone. Bt may be it's my mistake to choose one plus in place of I phon. Becoz my battery drain so fast .even 100%chrg will drain at the end of day .even though I m not using phon that much.my previous's bettry is much better than my new one plus though I brought my old phone 4year bt I didn't have to chrg my phon every day.i tried one'plus customer care bt no one talking to me and ready to solve my problem.

          I've purchased a OnePlus tv q1 through Amazon on August 9 and I had issues with the display I noticed it after 10 days so Amazon asked me to contact oneplus directly and I contacted them on August 25 and raised a complaint as well and their technician said that the tv needs to be replaced and he raised a replacement request on August 27th but still now there's not been a proper explanation or any sort of resolution provided to me. They keep on blabbering that there's jo issue found with your tv and all. I said you arrange a team visit whenever you want and can double check it . Finally on Oct 9 they said they'll send the tracking details of the tv but didn't provide me one. So today I asked where's the tracking ID, they're saying that their team has rejected the replacement. So for the last 2 months it's been totally frustrating with OnePlus brand and they keep on giving me fake promises and didn't even bother to rectify my issue. I need a proper explanation and the issues need to be sorted out.

              I have bought Oneplus Nord mobile from http://Oneplus.in website, but then have sent 2 HDDs to me instead of mobile phone. I have raise complaint immediately with them, but they are not resolving my issue from last 13 days. I have already provided all proofs with CCTV footage, but still they are not responding.                 Hello,
                I have a Oneplus 6 phone in Silvassa, India. I had some minor problems in the phone after I updated the phone. The wireless network and cellular network bars were reduced nearly to 0. This was steadily observed at any time after doing the software update on the phone. However, to get this solved; I contacted Oneplus service center and they came to collect the phone. They took the phone. I had a phone conversation with them about the problem. The service representative then said that there is a Motherboard problem in the phone. I bought the phone in October 2018. My phone warranty finished October 2019. However, I do not see any problem that I would have caused to the motherboard. As I said, the phone was working perfectly fine with some network issues in the Wi-Fi strength and Cellular Network strength. In less than one year after warranty expired, I did not expect such issue with a reputed brand like yours. I also did not like the attitude of the representative when he talked with me. They were no sign of politeness and he was very rude to me.

                Please, fix the issue. They quote me 18000/- Rs to replace the motherboard which is not the way I expected the service from you. It is not my fault. It is OnePlus’s fault. I expect to have some positive result of this.

                      I recently (08/08/2020) bought a oneplus nord marble blue 8gb+128gb in ac2001. Now i am facing issues with display grain and screen flickering issue as well as black line, both at same, and suddenly phone is rebooting. So i went service center and they verify that they noticed internal crack and this issue not cause by any physical damage. So i request them to repair for the same but they suggest to me to change display and asking for full payment (Rs.8000) prior to my warranty. I don't want give any single rupees to them because of his mistakes. And the service center is not ready for giving service. So i mailed to one plus customer care on 10/09/2020, till date i mailed many times but they didn’t response a single mail to me. Now i want replace my phone or refund. If you not replace or a refund, then i will move to the consumer court. I hope you will do the needful within a week. I am sure you will not compel me to knock the doors of the consumer court for this unpleasant lapse of time on your part.

                          I have purchased one new on 31.08.20 from amazon. The user manual page 45 clearly depicts auto answering possible through settings. All settings were made properly but auto answering through wired/bluetooth headset failed. It was escalated to amazon technical support, who advised for return of these for issue in system. Again i purchased a new phone, but facing the same issue and escalated to amazon, who now advised to replacement and the replaced one is on the way.. I feel you have falsifying the public through false information and harassing the customers as the sellers, who have been replacing one after another.

                          Please resolve the issue at the earliest, else it will be escalated to higher forum for resolution with penalty

                                One plus nord back cover broken

                                I recently (02 weeks before) bought a one plus nord and out of nowhere its back is now broken and when I googled I saw that so many people are facing similar issues with their OP7, 7t and now nord, Initially I didn't think that I should be the one to pay for since it broke with no fault of my own, maybe because of some fault in manufacturing but since i checked online and the cost was less then 3000 INR so instead of going through the hassle...

                                  I have bought my oneplus q1 tv 55inch f june through amazon.in (Order id:[protected]), it was installed on 28th of june. It was working fine till 26th of july, when i turned-on the tv on 26th of july, there was a pop sound from the screen. When it turns on, the screen looks defective and that is growing day by day. I have registered a complaint with amazon for warranty claim (Order id:[protected]), a technician has contacted me through whats app (On 26th of july). He asked me for the pictures and i sent him. Then he said that it is physical damage. I told him that it is not physical damage, then he visited us (On 28th of july) and saw the tv, then by seeing the tv he couldn't tell the exact reason, and suggested me to contact oneplus. I have registered a complaint on oneplus care app (Reference id: x38eczclqz) on 28th july, i have been initiated that a oneplus technician will be visiting me on 29th of july, but he just called me and inquired for images, i have sent him the images, he just said it was physical damage, i requested him to come to my place and inspect the television, he just ignored my word. I have registered a complaint on the oneplus website (Id:[protected] on 29th of july, the oneplus service members are just calling and asking the problem, they are not solving the issue. This is going since 8days. Note:- they are saying that this is not covered under the warranty claim, and asking me to pay the charges.

                                  I have raised my complaint on consumer forum, they have tried contacting the company through emails. But oneplus didn't respond to them. (Been suffering since 2months)

                                    Hi,

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that the after-sale service of One Plus is the worst and they are super slow. I have pre ordered couple of accessories from One plus website. I received an incorrect order. I did raise the issue (Case ID:[protected] with One plus via email and chat, to my dismay that the issue was not resolved even after 19 days (about to be three weeks) of delivery. They do not even have resource to replace the incorrect items delivered (even small online stores have better customer support then them).

                                    Every time I chat (as call customer support facility is not approachable) they have one and only answer “we are sorry for the inconvenience some one will contact/ call you in 24-48 hours”, the biggest challenge no one contacts or updates about the case status. I had to contact support every time I need the case status update. Such a big company and do not even have a proper channel to contact technical team/ escalation team, no option on website to check the case status. No option to return or replace as the options are not available for incorrect order.

                                    I have always used Samsung, and this was my fist time using OnePlus. The experience was very bad, and their products are not that great as they mention its over hyped.

                                    After a long struggle with the product I’m selling off the device and throwing away the products, also will suggest all my friends and family about my experience, that not to buy products from a company who has tall claims but little to deliver.

                                      I have sent my phone for repair since 11th Aug 2020. There is no proper response yet on the phone repair, they keep blaming the covid situation when every other courier and phone company had already started working and moving round the clock. The service centre never responds to emails. I have been receiving responses with no proper explaination with what is going on with my phone.
