Hello,
I have a Oneplus 6 phone in Silvassa, India. I had some minor problems in the phone after I updated the phone. The wireless network and cellular network bars were reduced nearly to 0. This was steadily observed at any time after doing the software update on the phone. However, to get this solved; I contacted Oneplus service center and they came to collect the phone. They took the phone. I had a phone conversation with them about the problem. The service representative then said that there is a Motherboard problem in the phone. I bought the phone in October 2018. My phone warranty finished October 2019. However, I do not see any problem that I would have caused to the motherboard. As I said, the phone was working perfectly fine with some network issues in the Wi-Fi strength and Cellular Network strength. In less than one year after warranty expired, I did not expect such issue with a reputed brand like yours. I also did not like the attitude of the representative when he talked with me. They were no sign of politeness and he was very rude to me.

Please, fix the issue. They quote me 18000/- Rs to replace the motherboard which is not the way I expected the service from you. It is not my fault. It is OnePlus’s fault. I expect to have some positive result of this.

        I recently (08/08/2020) bought a oneplus nord marble blue 8gb+128gb in ac2001. Now i am facing issues with display grain and screen flickering issue as well as black line, both at same, and suddenly phone is rebooting. So i went service center and they verify that they noticed internal crack and this issue not cause by any physical damage. So i request them to repair for the same but they suggest to me to change display and asking for full payment (Rs.8000) prior to my warranty. I don't want give any single rupees to them because of his mistakes. And the service center is not ready for giving service. So i mailed to one plus customer care on 10/09/2020, till date i mailed many times but they didn’t response a single mail to me. Now i want replace my phone or refund. If you not replace or a refund, then i will move to the consumer court. I hope you will do the needful within a week. I am sure you will not compel me to knock the doors of the consumer court for this unpleasant lapse of time on your part.

            I have purchased one new on 31.08.20 from amazon. The user manual page 45 clearly depicts auto answering possible through settings. All settings were made properly but auto answering through wired/bluetooth headset failed. It was escalated to amazon technical support, who advised for return of these for issue in system. Again i purchased a new phone, but facing the same issue and escalated to amazon, who now advised to replacement and the replaced one is on the way.. I feel you have falsifying the public through false information and harassing the customers as the sellers, who have been replacing one after another.

            Please resolve the issue at the earliest, else it will be escalated to higher forum for resolution with penalty

                  One plus nord back cover broken

                  I recently (02 weeks before) bought a one plus nord and out of nowhere its back is now broken and when I googled I saw that so many people are facing similar issues with their OP7, 7t and now nord, Initially I didn't think that I should be the one to pay for since it broke with no fault of my own, maybe because of some fault in manufacturing but since i checked online and the cost was less then 3000 INR so instead of going through the hassle...

                    I have bought my oneplus q1 tv 55inch f june through amazon.in (Order id:[protected]), it was installed on 28th of june. It was working fine till 26th of july, when i turned-on the tv on 26th of july, there was a pop sound from the screen. When it turns on, the screen looks defective and that is growing day by day. I have registered a complaint with amazon for warranty claim (Order id:[protected]), a technician has contacted me through whats app (On 26th of july). He asked me for the pictures and i sent him. Then he said that it is physical damage. I told him that it is not physical damage, then he visited us (On 28th of july) and saw the tv, then by seeing the tv he couldn't tell the exact reason, and suggested me to contact oneplus. I have registered a complaint on oneplus care app (Reference id: x38eczclqz) on 28th july, i have been initiated that a oneplus technician will be visiting me on 29th of july, but he just called me and inquired for images, i have sent him the images, he just said it was physical damage, i requested him to come to my place and inspect the television, he just ignored my word. I have registered a complaint on the oneplus website (Id:[protected] on 29th of july, the oneplus service members are just calling and asking the problem, they are not solving the issue. This is going since 8days. Note:- they are saying that this is not covered under the warranty claim, and asking me to pay the charges.

                    I have raised my complaint on consumer forum, they have tried contacting the company through emails. But oneplus didn't respond to them. (Been suffering since 2months)

                      Hi,

                      I would like to bring to your notice that the after-sale service of One Plus is the worst and they are super slow. I have pre ordered couple of accessories from One plus website. I received an incorrect order. I did raise the issue (Case ID:[protected] with One plus via email and chat, to my dismay that the issue was not resolved even after 19 days (about to be three weeks) of delivery. They do not even have resource to replace the incorrect items delivered (even small online stores have better customer support then them).

                      Every time I chat (as call customer support facility is not approachable) they have one and only answer “we are sorry for the inconvenience some one will contact/ call you in 24-48 hours”, the biggest challenge no one contacts or updates about the case status. I had to contact support every time I need the case status update. Such a big company and do not even have a proper channel to contact technical team/ escalation team, no option on website to check the case status. No option to return or replace as the options are not available for incorrect order.

                      I have always used Samsung, and this was my fist time using OnePlus. The experience was very bad, and their products are not that great as they mention its over hyped.

                      After a long struggle with the product I’m selling off the device and throwing away the products, also will suggest all my friends and family about my experience, that not to buy products from a company who has tall claims but little to deliver.

                        I have sent my phone for repair since 11th Aug 2020. There is no proper response yet on the phone repair, they keep blaming the covid situation when every other courier and phone company had already started working and moving round the clock. The service centre never responds to emails. I have been receiving responses with no proper explaination with what is going on with my phone.

                          I ordered my phone on 2 aug and now 25 days later I did not receive any order .I tried to contact one plus several times but no action they as taken.infact I said them to refund me but they did not refund me.i am very angry and frustrated in this behaviour. I request u all to not to buy from one plus in life your experience will be horrible .

                            Bought one plus 8 pro mobile mainly for the IP 68 water resistant part. But water got penetrated into the mobile just at 3 feet depth with in 10 Seconds. But as per spec it shud withstand 2 mtrs water pressure atleast for 30 minutes. I immediately switched off the mobile and took it to the oneplus care but since this incident happened on Saturday which is independence day and Sunday full lock down I couldn't take it to the service center immediately but I kept the phone switched off all the time. But the oneplus technician is saying the motherboard gone because of the dealyed action and they are saying nothing will be covered under warranty and I have to pay the full amount of the phone at which I bought it to repair it. As I don't have any evidence I didn't know how to proceed further

                              I had purchased a Oneplus8 mobile through my Hdfc bank credit card on 5th august for Rs.44, 999/- order no. "M[protected]" through its official website https://www.oneplus.in
                              In order detail it was mentioned that mobile would be delivered on 14th august 2020 then by tracking to corrier Bluedart No."[protected]" it was showed that delivery would be on 17th august.
                              From the corrier company I came to know that the parcel is misplaced.

                              On regular mail to company from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com not a single replay came. Had made many call also but no response.

                              I had ordered to the company OnePlus and made full payment to the company but company is least intrested after getting payment.

                              i want strict action against fraud company.

                                One plus 8 pro unable to make or receive calls, outgoing calls hangs up, for incoming calls it shows that the device os switched off, so i have to reatart my phone again and again.
                                Heating while gaming

                                  I bought a one plus 8 pro 12gb+256gb on 14th july, 2020 from a store in gangtok, sikkim. Upon getting the phone i tried inserting both the sims but i’m the secondary sim doesnot work. There is an error message everything i insert the second sim.
                                  The vendor then asked me to contact the customer care for more details.
                                  I tried calling the customer care but the call doesnot connect after waiting for very long. I wrote a complain on their official page on 16th july, 2020 to which i received a response on 22nd july saying that my case has been raised with case id number[protected]. After which i spoke to the vendor and the vendor informed me that they are ready to exchange the phone if they receive an email confirmation from the company. Meanwhile, there was no response from the company and there was a complete lockdown in my state for 20 days due to the pandemic.
                                  One day i got through their chat service in which i asked them to escalate the issue and the next day i received an email on 5th august, 2020 with a subject, “escalated issue on oneplue 8 pro”.

                                  I mean look at their professionalism, they can’t even put a correct spelling.
                                  And the content of the email was as follows,

                                  “ thank you for contacting oneplus support.
                                  Administrator 08/05/2020 11:00 am
                                  It’s been a while since we heard from you, please respond to the earlier communication you received from oneplus. As your response will surely help us move faster towards a resolution.

                                  Do check spam and the junk mails in case the email went to one of those folders of your inbox.”

                                  To which i replied that i have been following on the email and that i haven’t received any response inspite of sending them numerous emails and in return they are replying me that the email might me in my spam.

                                  I finally got through their customer care number today on 14th august, 2020. I spoke to the customer care executive and in the process there was no response from the customer care executive in between our conversation. I kept saying hello but there was no response. I waited for about 10 mins after which the call went onto the feedback call and got disconnected.
                                  I tried calling the customer care again and after waiting for sometime again the call went to the feedback and got disconnected.

                                  I am running out of patience now, i have but no option left other than to approach the concerned authorities and file a case against the company.
                                  I have paid the entire amount of money to purchase a product and the product is faulty and on approaching the company for exchange of the product, there is no response. Instead they are blatantly ignoring customer issues and complaints.

                                    I pre ordered a oneplus nord on 29th july on the official Oneplus India website using a pop up invite code and the delivery was expected to be made by 6th august. But it’s 12th august today and the order hasn’t even dispatched yet.The order is prepaid, so my money is also stuck. The customer care is not responding properly. My work is being hampered due to this delay.

                                      Hello,
                                      I have raised a complaint for my one plus tv, reference id :- mx90zpdqgq. It's been one month and six days to be exact and one plus is not providing service or not giving any solution for my issue.
                                      I have made atleast 10-12 calls each call duration was 30-40 minutes long to one plus customer care regarding my issue, all they say is we have escalated your request to our concernt team or you have to wait but how much they didn't said that.
                                      One plus is running scam because all they want is expiration of my one plus tv warranty and after that they want money for the issue.

                                      Resolution
                                      1) please, tell them to extend warranty period of my one plus tv. (It is because they are not providing service on time, its their fault not mine)

                                      2) please, tell them to repair my tv as soon as possible.

                                      Issues with my oneplus tv

                                      1) less sound (Not as before)
                                      2) improper display
                                      3) slow processing and hangs sometimes
                                      4) it is showing different colours on loop, colours like starting with then red then blue then green etc
