OnePlus India — oneplus 7 | |||
On "22-june-2019", i purchased "oneplus 7" online from amazon. After 2 days i opened the mobile phone on my b'day i. E 24th june. Yesterday (15-july-2019), i kept my phone on charging and start watching tv. Suddenly i felt burning smell and i was shocked when i saw smoke coming out of my new oneplus 7 and immediately i turn off the plug. I was so threatned to see this, i believe it could be a big blast of my oneplus 7 if i was not present there. My charger was fine. It was this low quality phone which got burnt. I haven't ever thought that such a reputed company can manufacture so low quality and unsafe device When today i went to oneplus service center (Mgf - mega city, gurgaon), inspite of replacing my phone, they started arguing with me and tell just to repair. Well my fault was just that i turned off the plug, instead i should wait there for the blast so that they don't get the chance to repair even. Well, this company lost his trust.in my entire life, i haven't seen even that with in 10-15 days a new mobile can catch fire. I want my mobile to replaced or give me refund. If it can not suffer 15 days, how can i trust it will be ok further and moreover, who want to operate the damaged new phone. Oneplus team, i haven't expected this type of service and product of your company. It's very shameful and disappointing. Manish gogia Manish. The call quality is just pathetic in my Oneplus 7. People cannot hear my voice clearly most of the times and also the call cuts. We don't expect this basic malfunctioning after spending so much money and showing so much faith in u people. And it's not there in my phone only, I've seen other oneplus customers to complain about this.

Mobile been over heated while its charging and after removing from charge its blare for few minutes, later it will as usual, but its dangerous to use mobile in these condition, their may be chance of blasting if mobile is over heat while charging, still its under warranty. please do needful as soon as possible
