I have purchased the product on May18 2024 and now I got an issue regarding the buds.my right earbud is not working properly (audio imbalance) now I have the warranty for one year i.e may18 2025 ...I have requested for service repair (pick and service) but they are responding regarding my concern

Kindly follow the below mentioned steps and reset the buds: Wear the dual headsets, long press the left and right headsets at the same time (15s), and complete the factory reset after hearing the beep sound 4 times. At this point, the headset enters the pairing state.
