I'm extremely frustrated with the service for my TV issue. I raised a complaint on April 9th, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. The initial timeline of 3-5 days was pushed to 5-7 days, then 9-15 days, and still, there's been no progress. When I reach out to the support team, they claim they don't have the authority to help and ask me to wait for the Turn-Around Time (TAT). This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable
