I purchased oneplus open in[protected]
After few days in phone display black patche n line are coming. I m going oneplus care service center approx time 12.30pm they check my phone properly. No damage n good condition phone. tell me we call u after 5-6 hours. approx 5.30pm I received service center call he tell me your phone display is damage, next day I m going service center n check my phone. in my phone display 4spot on display outer side
I tell this is not my fault when I submit my phone condition is good not spot in display outer side. after my debate he accept mistake n tell me give 2-3 days
We sending your issu to higher authority
Now today 12days complete no update

    Dear One Plus team,

    This is completely unacceptable where you cancelled my service requests assigned to customers care where I paid money in advance to your assigned engineer. My TV part in UW which still not received even after 1.5 month cross and warranty will expire on Feb-23. Services Engg not receiving call now and customer care every time given one week time for part delivery.

    HARASSMENT - No response- INSI[protected] dated 9th Nov 2023

      Since when are you facing the issue? (Day1 I am facing the problem)

      Is there any physical or liquid damage on your device? (NO damage)

          I have purchased a OnePlus TV and after 1.5 yrs it start showing linings on the screen. When I contacted them they were asking for service and logistic charges approx Rs. 4000. This is very disappointed for me since this is issue from their side.

            I actually submitted my OnePlus buds pro 2 on 5th Sep, they said to replace the product it takes 2 weeks I said it's fine and there is no call or message to intimate so I called the OnePlus care in Hyderabad nizam palace where I submitted the product to replace they don't even lift the call and one time accepts the call and they speaks simply they will look into the issue so I made the call to customer care many times to report this issue and to make it in a high priority basis, after 1 month they called me and asked for the bank details to refund because unavailability of the product they want to issue the refund, and then after 2 weeks also it didn't refund didn't reflected in my account so I made the call again to the nizam palace Hyderabad branch OnePlus and this time they don't even care about the customer they even speak loudly and say it takes time and one particular time one person from the branch lift the call and kept hold and didn't even spoke, one time they said 2 weeks and its been 1 month 12 days till today so I finally decided to go OnePlus service center and asked for the same issue and this time they said it takes 2 weeks. What the hell is this again 2 weeks means they will take 2 months and they even said I'm the only user so they are taking long, I didn't even expected such kind of behaviour from OnePlus, I have right to know what is exactly happening and I have to speak so I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible but it won't I know because OnePlus never cares about customer the only user is me so they are taking long, every customer is equal to OnePlus or group of customers is important for them???, RIGHT TO BE ASSURED, RIGHT TO BE HEARD, RIGHT TO SEEK REDRESSAL & RIGHT TO CONSUMER EDUCATION, and I am extremely disappointed by OnePlus the worst service I ever seen.

              Phone is not working as expected and as per the specifications/

              It takes 3 hours to get charged.
              Then Battery drains very fast.
              OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I contacted customer care. They were very rude over the call. The lady at the other end was calling me with names when I asked her to lodge the complain and share the complain number.
              Also she was taking in the background without going on mute.

                  On 23aug2023 I was facing multiple problems with it for example display problem and remote not working so technician visited and he informed me that 3 parts will be replace (mainbord, subbord, display) and I am facing this problem within an year of purchase.almost their replacing 90% parts of my tv only10% parts aren't replacing(power cord cable and speakers are the only parts which are not replacing) and finally on 31aug2023 technician came with display and he changed it but mainbord and subbord was remaining but they have marked my service as completed and after 10days I was facing same issue and again they inform me that they will replace display again and some other parts like mainbord and remote. So I have requested them to pls provide replacement of full tv or refund and already 39days have been pass but till now I have not received any solution from their higher authorities and I have sent n number of time Mails but I have not received an single response from OnePlus And This meant that It made me feel frustrated and mental harassment, always providing fake promises and incorrect information

                    I had order one Plus mobile from One Plus India website on 17th Sept 2023. I had paid the money upfront and was confirmed a delivery of mobile on 20th Sept 2023. There delivery partner Blue dart showed confirmed delivery on 19th Sept. However since 19th Sept to 22nd Sept the status kept on changing and false status was updated.
                    I am yet to get my product and once I asked one Plus to cancel and refund my money they kept on asking to wait for 24 hours.
                    I am not getting the product nor money

                      I order Oneplus Nord CE3 5 on 14th AUG and order ID is M[protected] and i received it on 18/08/2023 and the BIUE DART Airway No is [protected]
                      In that box there is no phone and there is one BRICK is there and that box is open by ONEPLUS Service center manager SANGAPPA under his CCTV only and i immideatly complaint rise that ONEPLUS TOLLFREE no and i sent UNBOXING video also but you guys still not solving my complaint today is 08/09/2023
                      I previously using ONEPLUS 8T and green line comes on display and went to your customer care JAYNAGR 4TH BLOCK BANGALORE and they said right now we have no DISPLY stock for that so we giveing 20, 000 VOCHER for that and you order our official website and reddem it and i order and redeem it and i paid 6, 999rs
                      till date you guys not solving my problem

                        Repair of our TV –

                        (Model : OnePlus Y Series 43Y1 108cm (43 inch) LED TV [43FA0A00])

                        Having a Serial No. Serial No : 013000BLAS0788AA2C

                        Ref : Complaint dated 3rd August, 2023

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had purchased the afore-mentioned TV on 11th November, 2020 from your authorized Seller M/s. OmniTechRetail and it was delivered to me and installed at my place on 12th November, 2020. I had purchased this TV by paying a sum of Rs.21, 999+500 i.e. Rs.22, 499. I had also paid a sum of Rs.2, 000 towards 2 years extended warrant as per details given below :

                        Order ID : OD[protected]

                        Extended Warranty for 2 Years: Plan ID EWJV[protected]

                        EW Period : 11/11/2021 – 10/11/2023

                        On 3rd August, 2023 i.e. 3 months before the expiry of the afore-mentioned extended warranty, I had made a complaint to your company about misfunctioning of the TV as it was only giving audit output and there was no video showing on the screen. On 5th August, 2023, one Mr. Ajit Madhukar Pawar was assigned the job for repair of my TV vide Case ID No. JCRO-8PV8WU-F3K75J-AGI8J8-Z3RXQHJ. Mr. Ajit Madhukar Pawar visited our place, opened the TV and clicked the photographs of our TV and its inner part and left by saying that the panel of the TV needs to be changed. Thereafter, I had received the following email/message from your company :

                        Alert: Repair Claim Registered

                        Your request to repair led tv under warranty ID, CLEWV[protected] has been successfully registered under the claim ID JCRO-8PV8WU-F3K75J-AGI8J8-Z3RXQHJ

                        A technician will be allotted within 11/08/2023.

                        However, despite repeated reminders, no one from your company has visited my place nor any replacement of TV or any part thereof is provided to me.

                        I am, therefore, writing this email to you to bring to your kind notice about the pendency of repair of my TV as on the date of this mail. Please note that already one month has elapsed since the date of complaint and no concrete action is taken by your company in regard to the repair of my TV. You are once again requested to take the necessary steps to repair my TV on urgent basis failing which I have no other option but to take this issue to the consumer court.

                          They have taken my phone for last 5 days.Yesterday called me and said we are not able to detect the problem you can collect the phone while during submission of the phone i have shown them the problem the phone is under warranty and i have visited the Cp service center delhi thrice for same problem in last 6 months.                                 OnePlus Bud Pro (Battery Drainage Issue)

                                I have bought OnePlus Buds Pro (7.2.2022) a year ago. Unfortunately, the Airpods has been causing issues (Battery Draining) and as of now I am unable to use it. Therefore, considering the price range it is bought (i.e, 10, 000 INR) it is expected to be more durable than it seems to be.
                                Although after raising the concern from past 5-6 months, absolutely no help I got from the respective company considering all the above condition of...

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                It has been noted that my OnePlus 9 5G phone gets a green line at the middle of the display from top to bottom without any physical damage in phone due to the software update done on End of the week Of July. I've called customer care number and they insisted to factory data reset the phone. The same has been done as per their voice but the issue persist. I've then visited the nearest service centre i.e., OnePlus service center Madurai and they've keep on made false commitment dates on voucher related exchange since they do not have the replacement available with them. They've also diagnosed te phone visually and told that this phone is eligible for voucher. But they're denying to provide voucher and I've keep on calling them on said days for past 10days. I've also raise mail complaint regarding this they want me to visit exclusive store which is far away from my location. Selling me the defective product and ordering customer to travel long and making false commitment made me to lodge a compliant against OnePlus India and OnePlus service center, Madurai. Requesting you to take action against them and kindly help me to get resolution from the company.

                                  I have placed two orders of Ce3 lite on 1 August 2023, First of all you yourself cancelled the order by showing “Order canceled due to non-existent offer”.

                                  Now I am not receiving refund in my credit cards for both the orders for last 20 days.

                                  Today is 20 August 2023 I have not received any of my refund.

                                  Already bank has included charges and other expenses of this order. I will not pay any extra penny for your mistakes or cancellations.

                                  I have attached Screenshots of orders refund status.

                                  Totally Unruly Behaviour of Customer support.

                                  Customer support replying same like bots.

                                  No sign of refund.

                                  Only giving further dates.

                                  Full of Harassing experience I got from you.
