I have decided to make this public. I have logged a complaint regarding my Q! TV on Nov 30, where my TV screen got damaged. Since the TV is not covered under warranty, I have agreed to pay for the part. The engineer (who supposed to be a local third party) initially told me that I have to pay for the spare, which is around Rs. 40, 000/- towards the spares and the payment has to be done to the vendor not to the Oneplus. This was not agreed by me and moreover which OEM on this earth will charge you even before repairing? It has been than 45 days since I have logged my complaint and till date it was not repaired.
When I called Oneplus Customer care on 7th Jan to follow up on the status, and was that there is shortage of spares.
Again on 12th Jan 2022, when I tried follow up with oneplus customer, to my surprise I was told that my completed which was logged on Nov 30, 2021 was closed.
This is really not something should be accepted and request Oneplus team to quickly look into this issue and also bring it up to the public to rethink before buying Oneplus products Was this information helpful? |
