OnePlus India — service center confirmation - unique telecom pp chambers dombivli east

Dear Team,
I have called One plus toll free number several times and raised a complaint with regards to confirming on one of the branches of One Plus.
There is a Service Center in Dombivli (E) Thane - Unique Telecom P. P Chambers, who claim that they are authorized service center for One plus, however there is no such mention about them on One plus website neither are the One plus call center people aware of this.
Hence I wanted to confirm if they are legitimate service center, since I need to get my One plus 9 pro screen replacement done. However there is no response / confirmation from anyone for the same.
Need urgent clarification as I am using a damaged phone impacting my business / eyes.
