OnePlus India — Television issue no response | |||
Hi, My name is Marina John I placed an order for Oneplus TV through bajaj Finance n the order was delivered on 1st October 2021. And suddenly we see that the television is not working from 13th October. The whole screen is with lines and dots and mirror images. I am surprised 1-month-old TV and is giving such trouble. Very very disappointed and unhappy with the product. I have just cleared 1 EMI and I need to repair this is unacceptable. I want the TV to be replaced. Please send someone n get my TV replaced its very disappointing n regretting that I choose the wrong product. I need a solution ASAP, when called the care team they stated we need to wait for 5-7 business days, this is ridiculous. Will bajaj wait for my payment for 5-6 days if I state my TV is not working NO for sure? I need this to be replaced ASAP. Marina : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
