Onida — ac is do not work properly service

My self is Mahendra kumar shah (Advocate), before few day I am calling for the AC service, there is not cooling, that is AC problem, service man is do the service but there is not do properly feting, AC is do to much background sound, then service man told that old AC is to much sound, my contact no [protected], i am leave in mehsana (gujarat),
