Onida — complaint against service provider and dealer | |||
I want to file a complaint against onida company and also against the dealer WORLD VISION KACHI CHAWNI CHOWK JAMMU JAMMU AND KASHMIR My name is Romesh chand i have purchased 1.5 ton AC almost 1year. After 6 months o[censored]se, I have asked to the dealer for service but he asked us to go to the service centre and ask them i also went there and asked them but the dint even bother to listen now its almost 6 months gone and on 2nd of june i again asked them this time they told me they wil com the next very day but they dint come after three days i again asked them but again same response. We have filed complaints for services for almost 4 times but they didn't respond. Even the dealer World vision dint give us the warranty card i have asked hm several times but they said your bill is your warranty card.my AC's Model No. is- w18flt2s.no-13cc3-003481purchasing date - 22/06/2013 Was this information helpful? | |||
