Onida — Complaint regarding Complaint No. 1506C[protected] ONIDA SPLIT AC ) | |||
I am a loyal user of onida products, as initially I have purchased television then microwave then air conditioner. Your products are much better than other companies but don't know why your service response show me a disappointment. In Onida 1.5 ton Split AC which I am using from last 6 years, now it creates a problem of showing error with the Name " E9 " after 3mins and then AC get closed. For this I have registered a complaint on 1st June'15 for which technician visited next day at my Home, during that visit technician checked the whole parts after this he told me that there is one part who needs to change which will replace on 3rd June'15 but no one visited till now to resolve the situation. Even opened unit looks very ugly in my bedroom. I have called many times in customer care but no response coming till now. Even i have called area supervisors and team leaders for which no. provided by customer-care cell. Please provide me the solution for this at earliest other wise my next step is to lodge a complaint at consumer court. Also attaching a current photo graph.
