Onida — Inordinate delay in after sale Service | |
Dear All,
This is Mari Gowda A.C from Bengaluru, I had bought a 24 inch LED TV made of ONIDA in the year 2012. As the TV is not working now, I raised a complaint with the company on 04th April 2015 for getting it repaired, on 8th April a technician had arrived for inspection and said a component called Dry board is corrupted and is to be replaced for which he would charge RS 2200 and said it is available in a weak. Still I am waiting even after 20 days for the technician from the company to get the TV repaird, neither they come nor giving proper answer to my phone calls, they keep on saying it would come soon. I feel it is an inordinate delay, and a company should not take our patience granted. While every body is competing each other to give better service, ONIDA is very much behind in this aspect.
