Onida — Led tv 32" repairing | |||||
I purchased a led tv 32 " on 24/12/2015 and this led tv stop working 24/12/2016 for that i complaint in local onida service center on same day but didn't get any response from their. After that i again contact with local onida service center 21/02/2017 they send the technician at my home. After examine the tv by technician he say it is a fault of power supply cheap and he take this power supply part and rs. 900/- service charge for ordering the same with him in service center. But after that i call 2 to 3 time in service center for the tv repairing i didn't any response from their. I facing the worst service from this brand. And i request the consumer forum authorities kindly take the strict action this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
