Onida — Microwave oven is dead but company not taken action | |||||
I have purchased a microwave oven from vishal electroncis plaza, ghola, kol - 700111 on 09.08.16. After 3 months it has became dead. Till feb '17 technician visited 3 times but unable to repair it. Then i asked for replacement the model as company has no pcb for the same. After that no response received from the company as well as from the dealer.i also write mail to the company but no response / reply received from them. the copy of the mail is also attached for reference Was this information helpful? | |||||
