Hi,
It has been very hectic with the customer care and onida as i have never got a service on time. On the very first part as my product has got down 4 times and whenever i raise a service request they never provide the vendor contact telling they cannot do it before 48 hours. And till date i have not received the service within 48 hours, it has always taken more than a week. Still no one has visited to attend the situation. And the same thing has happened again.
I called the call centre and they gave me a number for the service centre telling that contact them. And the service centre says that we don't serve anymore. Wow! What a service!!! First make the customer wait for 2 days for his mistake of buying your product and then keep on building surprises for him or her. And to my surprise by the way when i called the centre again they tell me that my complaint has now been cancelled. Cancelled on whose concern???
I made a good choice by ordering a carrier ac yesterday because i cannot see my parents suffer in hot and humid temperature. Maybe you can see your customers this way.
Worst experience ever and now i am not even hoping that you guys will get it corrected as i am waiting for a manager's call on this issue for past 1 hour and guess what. Bingo! No response!! So they want me to waste my office hours waiting for your call for my mistake of buying your product.
At the end of the day the only information i get from the call centre is that someone will surely visit tomorrow. I feel like a joke today. But i am assured that i am never coming back to this bogus name again. A product that malfunctioned after first 20 days of buying and till. Now had always been calling for help had been a burden for past 2 years. It's good that you people worked hard enough to lose a customer.

Also i need the call recordings for all my conversations from 30th may to 2nd june as i need to take legal actions.
The people i remember i had a word with, umang (Floor supervisor), roshni (Floor supervisor), varsha, aniket and many others but one thing common amongst all was that they don't care. And the worst part is that their escalation team is more careless than them as their escalation guy told me after i have waited for 4 days that if you cannot give us more time, we cannot solve your problem.
