Onida / Mirc Electronics — 45+ days, defective tv is not replaced. which is in brand warranty

Its been 50+ days i have raised the service request, i was told my tv would be replaced with the new one.
Every time i call them they say it would take 2 more days. This happened for more then 20 times..
They made me wait saying my 42fie will be replaced with 43fis and made me wait 30 days. Now they say they can only replace with 42fie.
Am extremely sad and i regret for purchasing an onida tv.

Updated by Prashanth Goud B I visited Onida office MIRC in uppal hyderabad, for 4 constitutive days(11th to 14th October). I submitted my faulty TV with them. they made me wait from morning to evening all the 4 days saying me approval is done issue with billing that will be resolved in 2 hours. am really sic with the responses. now i was said I have to wait till Friday.
