Dear Team Onida, I would like to bring in to your notice that the LED display of my 50 inch LED tv failed within a year of purchase. The model number is and was purchased in January 2016 and installed in April 2017 by onida authorised installation engineer. Reg Mob: [protected], [protected]. Conolaint No: Then i called the service center and was shocked to hear that it will not be covered under warranty as it was purchased in january 2016. As a loyal customer of onida products (same registered number) since many years i place my humple request to replace the screen considering it is in warranty. I am finding it difficult to bear the cost of the service. I have made an investment by paying so much for a quality product from onida. Now within a year again such an expensive service is painful.
