Respected sir, i complained for my 32 inch onida tv on 10th april 2017 at 10 am from Dhule Tal-Dhule, District-Dhule(Maharashtra).your customer care officer told me that service was provided after 24 hours& within 48 hours.but your service man came at 4.00pm on same day(means within 6 hours thats mean your customer care didn't give proper information.)I left all my work&came home to help your service man.your service man didn't do anything.he just moved it slightly.because of your service my tv set up sound became more weak&unaudible for me&he took 350 rs just for moving tv set up slightly Please kindly look at these matter&give me a proper response.
