I informed to customer care to service my air-conditioners at my home, i waited for more than one 10 days. At time also customer care not helped me to service my air-conditioners.

Now i am mentally disturbed.

So now i am decided was that customer care service is totally waste.

Now i am decided to publish this issue into social media (Facebook, whatsapp, twitter, etc) then i will go to consumer court for this issue. Then i will approch my friend who is working in national media to publish this issue.

I think the customer care employees thought once customer bought the products they are slaves to them. If you are calling customer care for issues they were thought slaves dogs are calling don't do anything for them.
