I have complained several times. Technician visited to check my ac and informed that swing motor is to be changed. Nearly one month has passed, i have contacted customer care and service centre frequently but no positive response received, so far. Even wrong/false messages are being sent to me such as,
"your call (1905f[protected] has been cancelled refuse to pay if there is any escalation or wrong cancellation, please give us missed call on [protected]".
While i have never refused to pay neither any amount is asked by the company/technicians.
Sir, it's totally wrong that such a reputed company is totally failed to provide the service to its customer's. I am facing hard in such a scorching heat and facing mentally harassment.
Therefore you are once again requested to resolve my problem and to penalize the culprit. Was this information helpful? |
