Onida / Mirc Electronics — Complaint on ONIDA inverter AC | |
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: ONIDA SPLIT AC SERVICE PRODUCT: ONIDA A/C 1.0 TON INVERTER 12SKL- SPARKLE On 11/05/2021 I have raised a complaint on ONIDA inverter AC. Technician came and confirmed to replace the COMPRESSOR which is coming under WARRANTY. He removed the AC and Outdoor unit. After that there was no response. In JUNE I have raised another complaint since technician never turned back to fix. I have made follow-up calls and there was NO PROPER RESPONSE as well. Really frustrated by Opting ONIDA product and their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CASE REFERENCE NUMBER is as follows: 2105O[protected] & 2106Q[protected] Spoke to manager and service center but still NO RESPONSE. VERY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ONIDA. Was this information helpful? | |
