Onida / Mirc Electronics — front loading fully automatic washing machine | |||
Hello, i have been using an onida fully automatic front loading washing machine since last 2 years. In the month of december 2019 the pcb board was out of order, on 26th december i gave a service request to replace the same. As confirmed by customer care i agreed to pay the price as it was out of warranty. After waiting for 15 days the executive came to my place with a used pcb. When i argued and took a photo of the same, he said he will get a new piece for me. Days passed and my follow up continued. When i told the whole incident to customer care they provided me the service manager number for hyderabad. I have called him 10 to 15 times he responded only 2 to 3 times, each time he says i will check and get back to you. When i was able to interact with him for the first time and complained about the executive trying to sell me a used pcb, the service manager said if your product is out of warranty you will get a refurbished pcb only at the original new price. I said ok get me a new one It has been 1 month neither customer care people nor service centre people are able to solve it. Every time customer care people keep on escalating with a promise of callback which i never got and service people dont pick my call at all. In this case i am suffering just because i caught them redhanded while they were doing a fraud. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
