Onida / Mirc Electronics — issue with led 43" smart tv - under warranty | |||
Dear Sir, I am Gaurang Shah from Kandivali-West, Mumbai - 400067. I had purchased Onida LED 43' TV during September 2017. It stopped working before 20 days and I registered complaint with Onida customer care (complaint number shared by service center is 1807A[protected]. After wait of almost 4 weeks, technician changed the main board after which all switches of TV stopped working. Almost after a week, they updated the software post which TV started working and remote stopped working. They changed remote as well, but still the problem persists. Once again, technician visited today and tried to change main board. According to technician, there is an issue with the main board. The issue is still unresolved.
