Onida / Mirc Electronics — it was told at the shop that onida tv has inbuilt adapter so not have to buy separate ups device.

I ordered onida smart tv which will have inbuild adapter to adjust power fluctuation. But actual product delivered do not have that feature. Also delivery is late by 4 days.
Reason for late delivery was gst no was not with shop owner still he took order from me with full payment on the spot which is again another crime.

I want onida company/shop to take their order back and refund me the amount or provide me ups device free of cost.
