Onida / Mirc Electronics — LCD TV irresponsible service | |||
My Name is Mathew Anjiliveliyil I brought an ONIDA LCD TV last year . after one year its power supply got failure. we informed to the local onida service center and two technicians came to check and they found power supply problem also they charged Rs 750 just for finding the problem. after that we wait for 2 months for the replacement of power supply. when its come again no result .they took the TV to their service center . after that no response. now its almost 4 months completed. they didn't even call us but when we call the disconnect or not attending our call.
