Dear sir,

We have given 3 handset of i4g1 at your service center in jaipur "ama communication" in september 2017.

Service request no.

1) rvsrn1709aam00040 dated 13-9-17

2) rvsrn1709aam00074 dated 22-9-17

3) rvsrn1709aam00076 dated 22-9-17

We have not received these handset till date & there is no reply from the service center regarding these handset. Our customers are suffering without handset & we have no answer to give them.

Please do need full & clear these pend ency as earliest & give reply.

We have lodge a complaint for onida mobiles on[protected] but there is no solution or reply till date.
Please look into the matter more than 2 Months already has been passed but there is no reply from your service center or your side .
customers are going to consumer court if its not treat as urgent .
