On 12th august i raised a complaint for my newly bought onida leo43fne fud tv because there were black spots on my tv. The tech guy who visited at home said that they have to change some part to rectify the issue. Its been over 2 months i am constantly following up with the customer care for past 2.5 months. Every time i get the same response as the part is not yet available and will be available soon.
They promise me to give a call back from the technical team but till today i haven't received any answers from the technical team of onida.
This is a very pathetic service from the onida, and hence raising the complaint here. If this is not getting resolved at the earliest from the forum, i will lodge a case again onida in cosumer court mumbai.
Please take this escalation seriously as this is the last time i am making any complaint post this my lawyer would need to talk with the company as this is a severe grievance. Was this information helpful? |
