Onida / Mirc Electronics — not given services even after two complaints

I have contracted onida customer care services for my onida Ac service related issues three times. They have not given services even after 72 hours..I have further called toll free no. Service center to ask why they have not provided any services ..Then they gave argument and cancelled my 1st complaint automatically and note 2nd complain..But they have not provided any services after that...Complaints no.
