Onida / Mirc Electronics — onida 1.5 ton split ac not working & no help from onida | |||
We purchased ONIDA SPLIT AC 1.5 Tons (MODEL NO S183TRD) On 23rd March 2017 .After using it for less than 5 months AC stopped cooling and water is over flowing from the unit.We have lodged multiple complaints to the customer care and they did not send any technician. The customer care is very pathetic and they are shouting at us and disconnecting the call.He said do what ever you want to do we are least bothered. Finally one day when we said that we will lodge a complaint in the consumer forum, they have sent a technician and the technician went away saying that he will get the nitrogen gas and fill it.It has been more than 10 days that he did not turn up and not answering our calls. Without even getting the problem resolved they closed the complaints and not responding. Could you please take this issue seriously and take necessary action.
