Dear sir/ madam,
I have recently purchased a new onida tv in the month of sept 23rd 2017 and we hardly use it on daily basis.
All of sudden it stopped working and the service engineer declared that mother board to be replaced within 10 days.
I have started doing follow up from march 22nd and the version of call centre executive's changes.
They say that it will take atleast 25 days to be replaced and i have also requested a call back frm there technical and other concern to understand the process.
Un fortunately there is no single call received from there end.
Now, i need my tv to be replaced as there is no proper communication from team onida.
Also i am scared about other issues which might occur after warranty period.
Help to replace with new tv as i am still paying emi 's. Was this information helpful? |
