Hi Team,
I had purchased a new ac online from Ondia which is 1.5ton 3star inverter split ac back in May-2021. Ac stopped working on June last week with the horizontal blade swing stopped working.
Raised a complaint immediately on last week of June. Different Technician came in multiple times to inspect even during corona phase and told me the motor blade needs a replacement which they have ordered in the company services.
It has been more than 20days but the company has not responded anything. It's a new purchase, and I am not able to avail its service yet in scorching heat.
