Onida / Mirc Electronics — onida ac not working and no response from the service centres | |||
Dear sir, I bought an onida window acs on 14/08/2018 the unit (Ac) s. No: wa183flt#17dc3#002510 has not been working properly from last two months (Issue: no cooling at all and making too much noise). I made a complaint 3 times (Complain id. 1904g[protected], 1905g[protected] & 1905g[protected] till but not getting any response from onida service centre whenever i tried to reach [protected] - biswanath (Manager of howrah, west bengal onida service center)/ [protected]-the receptionist person they just disconnecting or avoiding my call There has no response from customer care side too.
