Dear onida customer service manager,
My name is mathew m kurian (Cell no: [protected]), based out of cochin-kerala. I had bought two onida a/cs together : model onida ac inv 12rgo (1.0 ton inverter rega)#42110, from your authorized dealer bismi agency, near jl international stadium, kaloor, cochin-17, under invoice no:614292, dtd:30th-apr-2016, inv value - 71, 000.00 rs (Seventy one thousand rs). Out of two a/cs, one a/c is not working and i had raised complaint to bismi agency in the first week of jan-2018 and the complaint reference is 1712h[protected], dtd: 1st-jan-2018. After raising complaint, one onida representative mr. Jishnu (Cell no: [protected]) came to my place and checked it and mentioned, there is issue with its electronic circuit. I had requested to check its warranty and replace it under warranty. Since, my warranty card is missing but i have my original purchase bill with me, i asked the representative to check the details with agent itself and do the needful (Original bill & sms messages to onida representative is attached). He mentioned, the stock of circuit is not available hence it will take a week's time. After that there is no response from the onida representative hence, i called several times on the mobile but he did not pick the call. Afterwards, i send couple of sms also then he called and mentioned, he will give another number to contact but neither he had provided the number nor he called back. I felt so embarrassed and question already stroked in my mind that, onida's post sales service is very poor and irresponsible. Looking at such delay, after more than a month, i again went to the agency bismi and re-complained. The bismi's representative mr. Sumesh (Cell: [protected]) called onida service center in front of me mentioning above complaint reference and he mentioned, onida service center representative will call with the solution in a day or two. Post that, till date, there is no response or action has been taken on my complaint and to repair my a/c. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to change my a/c or make it working at free of cost looking at the mental stress myself and my family has taken due to the such bad service from onida team and due to non working a/c. My house is going to be expanded by adding two more rooms but looking at the quality of response and service from onida team and it's agency/distributor, i will surely need to think twice, which brand i should go next in future.
