Onida / Mirc Electronics — onida bad customer service: washing machine under warranty but customer care not willing to help | |||||
Hi I called customer care multiple times in multiple days and every time got a response that they can't process my complain without giving any reason. The product: a washing machine with 2years of warranty with a purchase date of may 3rd, 2017 is having issue where it makes a lot of sound and the spinner doesn't work properly. Purchase date: may 3rd, 2017 Product details: onida 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine red, white (Wo62tspldd1-alr splendor splash 62) Purchase type: online. This is the second time this product is having issues. The first time issue happened onida didn't respond for the rectification and i had to raise a ticket here.
