Onida / Mirc Electronics — Onida inverter Ac under warranty PCB to be replaced

My onida ac is under warranty. I had requested for technician visit in mid August. He came twice and closed the complaint twice without any action. I called customer care the third time and they said technician will visit again. Next time i called them they said PCB is ordered and will be delivered soon to the service centre. After i called them thrice or four times and all the times i got the same answer that they are doing it on priority. Technician says he cannot do anything and customer care says technician will come. I'm based in Faridabad. PCB needs to be replaced and i am getting no help from onida in this matter. Its only been 4 months since i purchased the AC.
