Onida / Mirc Electronics — onida led tv motherboard issue within 30 days | |||
For my service request no. 1807h[protected], there has been no update or information passed on to me yet, instead i kept reaching out to the customer care or service center with no specific answer. The service technician number published goes to a tech who left ondia service a year back. Both my tv and remote were reported with complaints; it is very disappointing to know that ondia does not even let the customers know about the service status. The tv issue was reported within 30 days of purchase and the technician suggested for a change of motherboard. Today is the 55th day and no sign of technician?. I need a replacement of my tv and not a change in the board having waited for 55 days for getting this repaired. My 55 days of tv time lost due to non response from onida service team. Sir, from last 10 days my HDMI port is not functioning whenever I’m trying to connect HDMI cord with that it is not working I had purchased 43”inches tv last year it is still under warranty. Kindly tell me where I will get is serviced
