Onida / Mirc Electronics — onida led tv not serviced properly | |
Hi sir, I registered a compliant on onida customer care on 32 inch led tv. Request no: [protected]. But there where no reponse from the service centre.. After calling many time to the customer care. They sent a service engineer to check and he came and checked and requested for 900 rs service charge saying one part need to be replaced and that need to ordered from the company which will be shipped from mumbai centre with in 3 days. We payed the amount and he told he will be back within 3 days with the parts need to be replaced. Almost 20 days it's been over.. We didn't receive any repose from them. After multiple calls from our side.. They came with dead mother board which was not sealed. Again he told i will bring new in next 2 days. Again he got dead one after 2 days. He gave the same response will be back with the new one in days. But still we didn't receive any repsone from their team after multiple calls.. Raising complaint in customer care.. They are not escalating issue. I am not sure y they are not escalating the issue to the higher level. Also it been almost 1 and half month long. The service engineer is saying i am not responsible for the issue and directing to some other no. Saying he is my manager ask him. His mgr mobile is switched off. Service engineer name : saravanan [protected] His mgr name: suresh :[protected] Y these reponsible people are directing from one member to other member.
