Dearbsirs, I purchased onida 48.5™ led smart android tv through online in september 2015. Now it is not working. I made a complaint in march 2017 regarding trouble & with complaint no.1703g[protected]. After 2 days mr vasu technician anf another person and saw tv & replied that mother board of your tv is not working. The guarantee period elapsed. They said that the price of mother board will be intimated through phone. But no message from your end. 2 days again i called customer care no. They replied it would be intimated. But no reply.
