My wife has just given birth to a child and i have bought this machine for her but as it's not working she has to do all the manual work which is very painful. Please for the sake of humanity come and check the machine and if it's not going to be repaired please provide me with a job sheet so that i could return the product. It's been more than a week since this machine is lying idle. Please sent someone for checking and mending. It's a request.
