Hi purchased onida tv 2years back online. All was going smooth until june 1st week 2017 un expectedly half of the display was not functioning normal.. Called onida customer care they sent mr murli (Bangalore) he came and told it will cost 8k and toke the tv with him. It's been almost 2 months now tv is not ready and he saying to exchange the tv nor pay 5k for the service and take our tv.. While taking 65% the tv was functioning..!! Murli doesn't atten the call now a days..
