Onida / Mirc Electronics — reminder due to my complaint is not closed yet | |||
Dear sir/ma’am, This is in reference to the onida led (43 inch) got purchased last year and the same is in warranty. Mira cast and on-off switch is not working since long and i have raised numerous of complaints on your customer service number however no action has been initiated in order to get the issue resolved and help the customer out. Every time while raising a complaint to your customer service executives, i have been told that your complaint has been closed on your own and no action has been taken. You are requested to look into this long pending issue as the company like onida should not cheat their customer and should not ruin the brand name. Complaint date and details as given below- 29.09.18 no. [protected] 06.10.18 no. Not given by executive 15.10.18 no. [protected] 18.10.18 no. [protected] The complaint is still open and the onida service center not replying on calls and not given any date to repair the tv. One month gone but tv is not repaired.
