I have given my onida TV to service but still I am not getting proper response from any one, local service dealer, customer care Tamil Nadu any one not giving proper response, I am thinking I have choosed wrong brand the name ONIDA it's almost 2 months from the date given to service. Local dealer is telling the spare part manufacturing is stoped for LED TVs I don't know how and he is asking me to put local spare parts I don't know how the stooped that for current trending TVs. The onida smart led TV is nice but the air remote of the onida is not working we charged the remote but also it's not working please help out this issue
