Dear sir / madam, I anish v from bangalore. I have purchased a smart tv 3 yrs back.in the month of aug 2019 the tv display has issue i had called service center and they had rectified by replacing mother board.. But the same issue had happened again this month also.. I had called the service person 17/10/2109 and informed but no response.. Then i called customer service and raised on 18/10/2019. Service request no (1910i[protected]. I am calling customer service and the service from 19/10/2019 but till now nobody had visited my house. Request to pls help in this regard.
