Our TV stopped working as soon as the warranty period is over. We raised complaint to Onida on Mar 18 and a technician came to our home.He said there is compliant on the board and need to be rectified. He took the board and went . Its been 3 weeks there is no update on our request and the technician is not picking up the call.Then we contacted Customer Care again and they said as per technician they closed the request. I really don't understand how can you close the request without confirmation from the customer. Board is still with the technician, on what basis he asked to cancel the request.
