Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Onida Window AC 1.5 Ton from Hari Om Electronics, 7679, Block Tower, Ghanta Ghar
Shakti Nagar store in on 28th May 2013 with a one year warranty of parts and 5 year warranty of compressor . I have Called to onida customer care because my ac was not working properly, technican ( Yogesh Bhardwaj ) came 15th may 2018 for checking and he confirmed me compressor is dead, he said that he will collect the AC by tomorrow morning and i will get the repaired AC in 7 working days, I have paid technician visit charges 550/- Rs ( No Receipt received ) i have asked for the bill and they said to me you will get the bill after the installation .
16th May 2018 I have paid 5000/- Rs advance without ac repaired and he handover me manual receipt
when am doing follow up after 7 working days regarding AC is repaired, technician is not answering the call and when i called to customer care they are saying part not available, they have given the service center no. and service center is saying we will never take advance payment, how technician taken money from you
Technician is onida employee, they are the face of the company .
I am enclosing a copies of Purchase Bill and Job Sheet as proof
I request you to look into this matter urgently and do the needful.
