Onida — Not come for service of a/c after given many complaints | |||
I had purchased Onida 1.0 TR 3 star A/C on 09/05/2015, still now no service person came for service. Recently the unit is automatically shutting down and E8 indication is showing in the display. This problem is occurring frequently in a day and also noise is coming in the indoor unit from the date of commissioning. I had registered a compliant in Onida customer care on 08/04/2016, they had registered my complaint (Complaint no is : 1604E[protected] without warranty (still i have my free service) which i came to know from the service person while he made a call for getting the details from me, as i informed the service person that i have my warranty period, still now no service person came. After making a continuous call to customer care they promised me each time they will call back within 15mins but i didn't receive any call. Atlast after making a continuous call to customer care they respond that they will send a person for service. I asked them if the service person not coming means what is the next step. They mentioned that i should make a call again to customer care. Making a call to customer care is not a problem for me. But every time i should explain all the details to each single person. They mentioned that after the service person attends the fault. They won't make a call to the customer and conform whether the service is completed and problem is solved, simply they will close the complaint after attending the fault. If the problem is not yet solved. I have to make a call again to the customer care and make a new complaint again. Again and again making a call to the customer care creating the issue without any solution. If there is any process of making an enquiry call to the customer about the issue the problem will be solved soon with a proper feedback. As I am an Electrical Engineer residing in Chennai, due this hot summer with senior persons having at home, the proper response from the customer care will be appreciated and i can recommend this brand AC for my colleagues and in my company projects. Still now regarding this issued not getting solved how can i refer this to my colleagues and my client. Note: During my conversation with customer care for complaint they told me that i have 2 free services in warranty period. But which is not mentioned in the catalogue, even my dealer not explained this. Was this information helpful? | |||
