I have purchased one Semi Automatic washing machine at Gulbarga Karanataka on 9.4.2014, it is not working since 20th of this month . I went to the seller of the product he advised me to raise the complaint, which is raised on 25th of this month thereafter I met with the service provider at Gulbarga, he informed that he is not in a position to provide service . Then again I contacted to the customer care number on 28th and 29th and requested the customer care to give the phone number of any other higher ups so as to submit my query but they refused to give the same and at last on again and again requested to the service provider at Gulbarga then they sent Sri Siddu service men on 30th of this month he informed that the machine is not working because of the fault of ours and demanded to pay service fees, this is paid and got rectified the problem. This is the problem faced by me because of your product purchased whereas in other products we could not find this . I am holding other products also but wherein I have not faced this problem. Your customer care is also not bothered to provide service immediately they just say that it will be attended. I received the service after five days of the complaint raised. This should not happen to any others . If any details needed I may be called . your service provider is so adamant he never heeds any others request
